Which is better: Panasonic or Samsung TV?

I'm buying a 32" LCD TV but can't decide between Panasonic or Samsung? Which is better? I'm leaning towards the Panasonic only because it looks a bit nicer. They seem to have the same picture quality.

Your opinions on these tvs?
