Which is better on the iPhone 3Gs - iOS 4.0.1 or iOS 4.1?

Hey guys, I own a iPhone 3Gs (model: MC134X) and am currently living in Singapore - my carrier is StarHub.

I recently upgraded to iOS 4.1 from iOS 4.0, but found problems with roaming service. So I began wondering if I was wrong in upgrading to iOS 4.1.

Should I change to iOS 4.0.1 or downgrade back to iOS 4.0?
