So I want to know which is better between the two, because I'm planning to transfer to UIUC, and this is the only scholarship that I think I qualify. But I'm also currently under Financial Aid assistance, so if the ROTC S is not all that great, then I'll stick to FA. TBH I see no difference from the two.
I heard from a friend that I can have both, but I doubt that's possible. All I want is a way to easily go through college without worrying about money... help...

I have no problem joining the reserves, been planning to join them anyway.
