The Hero is getting the 2.1 update soon. I'd keep it. Free GPS and more is right around the corner. Just be patient. The Storm (Original) had many issues. The new one seems better. The BB OS seems ok, but Android is in a state of constant development, which means you get more updates, programs, and features as time rolls on.
