Which is better for gaming; Integrated Intel GM HD or Intel HD?

I KNOW Nvidea is the best for gaming but I cannot afford that.

So which one of these is better....Integrated Intel GM HD or Intel HD?

I'm looking at Asus laptops in the 500 range.
