Which is better Computer Engineering(CoE) or Electronics & Communication Engineer(ECE)?

I'm in first year now in CoE and I'm planning to shift in ECE in second year because,the CoE in the Philippines don't have Bar/Board Examination.I want to know the difference of them first and which is better,But i think both of them also good.
