which is better biking or walking?

I'm 7 months pregnant right now, and I seem to be gaining alittle extra weight on top of the normal weight that is supposed to be gained during pregnancy. I started out around 130 and I'm now 157. It's heartbreaking. But anyway, I know I wont be able to bike right away, I'll be doing a light walk for the first 6 weeks postpartum, but I was thinking about getting a bike.

Biking is alot more fun for me, and I have PLENTY of safe country roads to bike on. The question is, is biking or walking/jogging better? or are they the same? (I will also be dieting as well)
 
It is my opinion that ANY movement is good...whether it is biking...walking.... or just standing in front of the TV and stretching..... try chasing the husband around the bedroom...it will not hurt you (ask your doctor)
