Which is better? ATT U-verse or DirecTV?

I currently have DirecTV and enjoy it but am always open to other plans that may be more cost-effective. I initially got DirecTV for the NFL Sunday ticket but then realized you can't really follow 8 games at a time. And I am in San Antonio so I already get all the games for my favorite team, the Cowboys. I would like answers that give pros and cons of both if possible. Thanks
