Which is better a 2009 Dodge Challenger Or 2009 Dodge Dakota St?

ok im getting a car on tuesday and i wanted to know which was better.

Ive looked at car websites and compared and there the same except the Dakota is a little more expensive and has less Highway milage

but My Girlfriend wants to get the truck and we cant really decide can you plz help
 
Can't really compare Challenger to Dakota. One is a sports car, the other one is a truck. I am not a truck guy so I would never buy Dakota.

You just need to prioritize what is more important, a car you want or a truck your girlfriend wants.

Get the Challenger, you can always find another girlfriend :-)
 
In the Dakota line, ST is the bargain priced, stripped down model. In the challenger, it could be a 6cyl (base) 8 cyl. hemi or 6.1 litre supercharged hemi. I would be very suprised if the Challenger was less, unless it was very high mileage or had been wrecked. If you go with the Challenger, inspect it thoroughly. Have someone who can spot paintwork and water damage look at it.
 
It depends what your needs are for the car. I own an older v8 dakota and aside from its size i'm not at all disappointed with the truck. It hauls stuff, it tows well, and is very responsive. A challenger would be an extremely fun car to drive and show off. Now if you live somewhere where it snows its not gonna do you any good in the winter. If you live somewhere nice i would go with the challenger because, besides you only live once.
 
I think the Dodge Challenger because it has more horsepower and it looks better. It really depends on what you like..... hope you liked my awnswer
