Business is a great field. As it allows you to choose between multiple jobs within that field. There always managment positions which are offered to college graduates from coroporations, or you could invest in stocks or be a broker, but seeing as how the market is now that might be a bit risky. Theres always the option of opening up new businesses or franchises if you have the money or are willing to get a loan. It might sound kind of dull, but fast food restaurants are mostly a safe bet especially if you go with a recognised corporation (Wendy's, Burger King, McDonalds, Subway etc...).
And theres always Business in Law.
