First off im not in Uni yet but i hav to apply for it and i hav mostly considered the US coz i wanna study Astronomy. I am a Sri Lankan who grew up in Namibia (South-West Africa) in the best private school.
Im not rich dats y i hav to apply for financial aid -
Im really nervous bout it coz i hav read reviews bout the Uni's like Boston and Harvard and stuff and many have said that the students look down on you if arent rich or anyting like that and i know i wouldnt really cope in an environment like that so thats y i was thinkin the University of Singapore too. So i wanted to get the opinions of sum of u guys who are foreign students in the US studying for the Undergraduate programe
Sum things bout myself: Im not really a party person but i go out now and then but not to clubs and big parties - maybe for a small nite out or sumting. I like reading and watchin tv and playin pc games and stuff like that - im kinda shy in the beginning but can get along wit ppl - dnt look for fights wit people etc - that kind of a person
