Which is a better school? Georgia State University or Old Dominion University?

I'm from VA, and I recently visited Atlanta, GA, and I really like it there. I'm making my college list and I'm applying to UVA, VT, UGA, GT, and the two above are my fall backs. Which of those two is the better school?
