Which is a better pre-law school major: English or Philosophy?

I'm planning on, at some point, going to law school; however, I'm not sure what to major in.
Next semester, I'll be taking honor courses in both English and Philosophy, but I was wondering which should I major in? Which looks better when applying to law school?
Contrary to popular belief, english is a very good critical thinking major.Philosophy, on the other hand, aside from Engineering, requires the most critical thinking.

Any advice or recommendation? Thanks in advance.
