My friend wants a good phone for christmas, since she has had to put up with a crappy phone for months. She really likes the Samsung Instinct, but the HTC Hero looks promising too.
She wants a good texting phone, with a good quality camera for sprint. I've heard reviews about the HTC Hero being sluggish, but it is said that it is because of all of the apps. I don't think she'll use that many apps. I've also looked and read user reviews, and the people were not very fond of the Instinct on the site I was on. She will not use the internet, and her picture mail option will be taken away, because of cost.
She wants a good battery life phone, with full touch screen. Which one is better for her, and are there any other phones from Sprint that might even do better than these two phones.
