Which iPhone app matches you up with somebody wanting to discuss a certain topic?

Does anybody know the name of the iPhone application that allows you to type in a topic of conversation, and then matches you up with somebody who also wants to discuss that topic? I know it was free, but other than that, I can't remember anything about it. :( Thanks for your help.
