I'm looking for a cell phone plan with talk, text and web. I'm not in need for even low plans such as 450 talk minutes. Will any wireless provider customize plans for the customer, such as give you a talk, text, and web plan with only 100 talk minutes, unlimited text, and web? What if I wanted to add another line on this 100 minute plan? I'm just looking for a company that will customize a plan to fit my needs.
