I'm wanting to purchase a used Honda CBR 600rr or a 1000rr. I've never ridden before, but do a substantial amount of mountain biking (yes, the type you have to pedal). I'm in great shape and weigh approx 175 lbs. Do you think a 1000 is too much bike for me? I'm 40 years old and have no interest in racing the bike, just want to commute to work, etc.
