Which HDTV is better : Sony Bravia 46" KDL46S5100 1080p LCD HDTV or Samsung

LN46B550 46" LCD HDTV? Which is better quality?
the sony cost $880
and the samsung comes with a blue ray dvd player for $950.
Are those good prices or should I wait for a better ?
