Which hard drive type should I get if I decided to upgrade my PS3's hard drive?

Some people mentioned about Seagate Momentus, but I'm not sure which one should I get since there are 5400.2, 5400.3, 5400.4, and 5400.5 rpm.

By the way, I'm looking for 250GB or bigger.

Is it all right to upgrade to 7200 rpm (since the original hard drive type is 5400 rpm)? What is the PS3's maximum SATA connection speed?
