I have to write a Haiku about nature for school. Which one is the best? Or do they all stink? Tell me why you like that particular one too.
1. The leaf detaches
Away from the tree it goes
It flies in the wind
2. It falls from a cloud
Gravity pulls it closer
It lands with a "plop".
3. Like tears from the sky
The white, fluffy snow will fall.
Gone, when you grasp it.
4. The snake will slither
Like a thief in the dark night
Waiting for its prey.
5. The duck waddles on
Protecting its small babies.
A family of ducks.
6. Stars hang above me
Twinkling before my eyes
Yet, they're so distant.
7. Sand beneath my toes
So hot on the beach I lay
A wonderful place.
(The next one is just a little haiku to fill up the page I wrote these on)
8. This sheet is fulled up,
With words I'd like to express
I enjoy Haiku's.
Well obviously I cannot use number 8, but I thought that I could add it. Tell me if you like that one too. But just choose out of the 7 which one you like and why. Thanks

Oh and to those who don't know, number 2 is about rain. I just didn't mention it.
