which gym workouts are best for cutting down the belly?

so i heard the stair-master is for the thighs and i've been doing that for a while but i'm trying to lose some belly weight yea i know spot reduction cant happen but a machine that focuses on cutting down a few inches...and all i want to do is lose 10 pounds and if i ever complete that goal which machine is for toning the stomach?thanks
