Which GSM phones have CCD lenses?

I recently recieved a Sharp TM-150 and really love the camera, and I'm fairly certain it's because it uses a CCD lense. I like the TM-150 but the lack of speakerphone and so-so reception [well, more like lack of any sort of building penetration] kinda stop me from using it. Also, any CCD/with flash combo would be great.

And if anyone knows where to find the Sharp TM200 and under $400, let me know. It seems this phone isn't widely available.

Sharp 902, 903, 904 all have CCD cameras

SE S710a

Those are the ones that I can think of off the top of my head.

Good luck finding a TM200, those aren't easy to come by anymore

Thanks for the response, I've posted a few "help me with phones" and I notice your name always pops up, so thanks.

Yeah, I'd like the TM-200 but $500 for a phone right now, ehhh. Sharp 90x seem great, but a little big and expensive as well. I've always wanted an SE s700, and somebody told me to check the Toshiba 803. So we'll see.

oh and just to let you know, CMOS cameras aren't always crappy, the Samsung P850 and SE K750i/W800/W810 are examples. They still suffer a little more in low light situations compared to CCD cameras
