I have been doing a lot of stone/crystal therapy, such as for the chakras or clearing out physical spaces. I would love to have a ring with a stone, I cant seem to decide which one! I deal with a lot of negative thought patterns (about self) so I was thinking of a stone correlating with the 2nd or 3rd chakras. But I am also working to raise my vibrational levels, so maybe a more clear quartz or amethyst? Awww but turqoise is much favorite because it's just so beautiful... lol. and Im sure it has great properties as well. Let your thoughts/knowledge fly!
