I'm getting a ps3 for christmas and I only have enough money to buy around 3 games. I was hoping to get a shooter, action/adventure game and an rpg. Do you guys have any recommendations? I'm aware of good reviews scores (on sites such as IGN, Metacritic, etc) but I was hoping that you guys could give me recommendations based on what you've played. Please recommend 3 games.
Also, I'm looking to get a blu ray to test out my new HD home theater set up. Which movie should I pick up? I'm looking for something that is both entertaining and has great picture quality to test out my HD set up. Thanks for your help!
