Which game should I get?

I am thinking about getting a new game for my xbox. I saw Deadspace in the Game Marketplace, I was about to buy the game, then I saw the Ballad of Gay Tony for GTA. I think that they both look awesome. Now I know Gay Tony just came out today, but still if you've played both, tell me which one is better. How long does it take to play through the games too? I don't really need an entire game either
