Which fuse controls the lighter outlets on a 2002 Pontiac grand prix se. Please

help. I do not know which one.? I have pulled most of the fuses and they look fine but I have no idea which one is for the lighter outlets. The fuse box is under the hood and there are a lot of fuses. Is the lighter considered the battery fuse of an ac fuse. what fuse is it, please help. I have been working on this for 2 days now.
 
open your glove box and on the right side is an access panel, the fuse for the power outlet is in there and clearly marked. hope that helps.
