Which free web design tool that doesn't require HTML would you recommend?

I want to make a website, duh. But I don't really know HTML and I don't want to hire somebody. I have Windows XP.

I recommend Macromedia products.. IE: Dreamweaver, etc..

Specifically look for the Macromedia Studio MX suite.

All code is written as you use the program to design the pages,.. can be very powerful.

Though it is always a good idea to learn some basics of the code as you design,.. but isn't necessary.

dont know about free but adobe dreamweaver is a cool porgram and has a demo version ,uses html, simple options. try it
