Which ford explorer is better to buy?

2000 ford explorer xls 4X4 with V6... 94,000 miles or 2003 ford explorer eddie bauer edition with leather interior... 137,000 miles

both are 6,000 dollars
both are v6 with 4X4.... also i like how the 2003 looks more
 
is the v6 a 4.0 SOHC ? they made a OHV 4.0 that is good on gas but low on power...the SOHC has as much power as the v8 and gets better gas mileage..

I would get the 2000 if it's a SOHC..
