which fishes can stay without oxygen?

what exactly do you mean by without oxygen?

EDIT: if you are going to go with a betta, keep in mind that they REQUIRE at least a 3 gallon tank with heater and filtration!

All fish need oxygen. I've only ever heard of one exception - a rare species of mollies that breathe in sulphur instead of oxygen. And they are not for sale.

There are lots of small fishies available, and aquarium hardware these days are so great that you really don't have to do a whole lot. A tank with some small, hardy fish will be enough. A ten-to-twenty gallon tank, with a betta, some harlequin rasboras, and a handful of corydoras, will be a good, small tank with good, hardy, small fish.
