Hi! I have one tank that is 2.5 gallons and has 2 African Dwarf frogs. I have another that's 4 gallons and has a Betta. I have 1 heater that suits a 2-5 gallon tank. Until I get a new heater, which tank do you think needs it more? Thanks! 
P.S The tanks are in my basement which is not heated so the temperature is a little chillier than the average 72?F room temp. The plumber has supposed to of come months ago to put in heating down there, but hasn't showed up yet. Keeps saying "next week".
