Which fantasy baseball starting pitcher should I add?

I'm in an 8 team league, strikeouts, innings and wins are the only categories that count.My pitching sucks and I know that lol. I'm just trying to find a good pitcher off waivers thats consistent and gets a few strikeouts.

Out of these pitchers who should I add?
Dontrelle Willis
Barry Zito
Bronson Arroyo
Todd Wellemeyer
Aaron Laffey
Aaron Cook
Daniel Cabrera
Jose Contreras
Justin Duchersher
CLayton Kershaw

Who should I drop?
Scott Olsen
John Danks
Greg Smith
Mark Hendrickson
Zack greinke
FOrgot to add edwin jackson
 
Probably Cabrera because he looks to be turning it around. Cabrera seems to be the hot pick up in all the leagues I'm in.

Drop Greg Smith. Why? Because I like the potential of the other 4.
