I've never bought primer before, but I'm fed up with my eyeshadow always creasing. I know that Urban Decay's primer potion is one of the best, but I don't know if it's worth the price. I found a primer made by ULTA (http://www.ulta.com/ulta/browse/productDetail.jsp?skuId=2103200&productId=prod1630003&navAction=push&navCount=1&subdoc=756ultab2g2wk47&categoryId=cat40006). It seems like it works well and I like the price much better. Just let me know which one I should buy or if you have any other cheap primers that work well. Thank you!
