Which exhaust is best for a 96-00 Honda Civic?

I'm trying to decide between these 3 exhausts for a civic:
[GReddy] Spectrum Elite SE Exhaust.
[Skunk2] MegaPower Cat-Back Exhaust System.
[GReddy] EVO2 Cat-Back Exhaust System.

Can you explain why you would pick it over the others as well? Thanks!
 
Option 4: Stock.

Explanation: The "gains" from an aftermarket exhaust on the car would only be 1-2 horsepower, contrary to what the advertisements have led you to believe.

If I'm going to spend that kind of money, I'm not spending it on crap.
