I am very interested in gymnastics, and would like to learn to do a full planche! At the moment I do alot of pressup variations, tricep dips and alot of pullup variations, and I typically spend several hours exercising every other night. What I'd like to know is, what are the most effective gymnastic exercises? As I spend so long on these ones but they don't seem efficient as I see little improvement in the planche or other exercises, and I'd like to know perhaps some better exercises that would help me improve quicker! I know it's not going to be easy by any means! Any information would be helpful, many thanks!
