Plan 1.
Going for a mid-intensity run/fast walk for 40 minutes 6 times a week
or
2.
Doing a work out 3 times a week that is HIGH intensity (e.g. mountain biking, aerobics) for 1 - 2 hours and then a 30 minute low intensity walk the other 3 days.
??? What do you think? I prefer plan 2 but just wondered what you thought.
