in which episode of south park was it, that cartman represented an anti-smoking organization.. and thought the president of the company (some fat guy who looked like a cowboy) was going to kill him, to give an example of how it could end. i cant remember exactly what went on, but it was something like this. if someone knows what episode it is. thanks
