Which engine hoist I should use on a 1990 chevy G20?

I removed the engine from my 1990 Chevy g20. I took it out of the front. It was minus a head and intake manifold. I hired a engine hoist which was a little too tall and short in reach. I shall be installing a new engine next week. Can anyone suggest which engine hoist I should use which will give me the height and reach?

Also, is it possible to install the engine with the intake manifold, TBI injection system, exhaust manifolds etc bolted on? Is there enough room with the correct hiost?
