...camps such as Abu Grave? i have heard that by making them undress and do very humiliating things that they evoked humilation..was this also suppose to evoke anger or fear?

how does this gradually affect them and later?

which one mostly is sought after and how does it affect a person mentally and the nerves or emotions of POWs.

how old is this idea?

please explain.

Humiliation is not a part of the interrogation process, (ask the soldiers who were imprisoned for carrying this out!)

The prisoner's clothes are removed and a uniforn supplied to them to make them identifiable as a prisoner. food, water and sleep can be witheld for a shot period and then allowed, this makes the prisoner realise he or she is totally reliant on their captors for everything, and is used as a demonstration of power. witholding food water and sleep must be done under medical supervision.

being photographed pointing at their genitals with a big smile and then placing the photo on the internet is a guaranteed career stopper!
