Hey!!! Let me tell you all a little about myself:
I am an Australian currently living in Melbourne. Currently doing (suffering more like lolol) the IB diploma program and I really really really want to get into a good college in the US, majoring in biochemistry/premed/biomedical sciences.
Below are my stats:
SATs:
2040 (but i am retaking it, I hope to raise it to at least 2100)
IIs
French: 800
Maths IIc: 730
And will take chemistry too
IB
My ranking is approximately... top ten in my class of 240.
ECs:
President of my French club that i created. French, chemistry and maths tutor at school, student mentor, various sports etc etc, captain of my tennis team, representing my school at the district student council, various clubs, duke of ed, volunteered at hospitals and hospices. librarian, attended the NYLF in medicine (national youth leadership forum in the US, that's when I decided to come to the US for uni), treasurer of the cultural committee and secreatary of the international committee.
And my dream schools for early decision are:
Penn, Cornell, Brown (and their PLME), Northwestern(HPME), John Hopkins, Washington Uni in St Louis, Duke.
Which school do you personally think suits me the best? I know that most of the schools listed above will be a reach, but I really want to pick a dream school for early decision
that way, i would never regret my decision.
