I live in a flat with my parents and my brother. I go school at 8am (London) and come back at 4pm. I could take him out on walks and feed him and stuff. Im home for the holidays untill september so i can stay with him all day but when school starts i have to leave him alone in a crate or something for like 7 hours. The dog needs to be small-medium.

No offence but I AM getting a dog. I AM leaving him alone for 7 hours. BUT my mum would be home at around 3pm when she leaves at 9am.
Obviously Im not going to leave him in the crate for all the time! If I potty train him, im going to let him have free roam and do his buisness outside in thr balconey.
For the person who commented how was i going to pay for the vet: Fuc* off right. You have no buisness to tell me how I am going to pay the vet. So shut ur fat face hole.
