which does my mazda 626 transmission need?

Hi I have a 1995 mazda 626 lx automatic and it runs great but when i drive it and it is time for it to change from 2nd to 3rd gear it revs up pretty high and then it snatches really hard into 3rd. I was told it may just need to be flushed but I don't want to pay for a flush only to find out it will need the whole new transmission and then i will be out the $$ for the flush thank you for any honest helpful advice you may have
 
in some problems i've seen ,with this you can put a quart of lucas trans, treatment in and it will smooth out the shift problem .if not them have it flushed and filter changed if it has one. make sure you drain a quart out before you ad lucas. it is a very good product
 
First and most important is to check the fluid level. If it is low it will do this.
Second if it has a lot of miles on it, changing the filter will help
If you do get a fluid change , get it dun at a transmission shop.
