Which do you think has a bigger effect on the human personality: nature or nurture?

I think we can all agree that they both shape personality, but do you think one does more than other?

Give a ratio of the dichotomy as to what you think explains human personality. So for instance, I think it is 65/35 - nature being 65. In other words, I think one's nature is a stronger determination of one's personality than the environment is.

And try to think it through before you say "50/50". Doesn't it seem too simple and convenient to suggest that something as complex as human nature could be divided straight down the middle? But if you think you have a legit argument for it, then go ahead and explain it.
