Which dirt bike or motorcycle should i get?

I am 13. And I want either a motorcycle or a dirt bike. that doesnt go to fast or to slow. It can eithe be electric or gas. I am just going to use it to ride aroundmy neighborhood (my neighborhood is a mile long and i am tired of biking and walking) I only have $500 though. Please recomend something. Thanks
 
a mile long wow when i was riding my bike i was thinking 40 miles was a short trip i lived 7 miles from town and 23 miles to lake must be real lazy kid ive rode to lake once or twice in a day a mile you say dont need anything sorry
