Geek Squad Goes Co-Ed

I am trying to decide between the Fujifilm Finepix F200EXR and the Panasonic Lumix Fh20.
What I am looking for:
-EXTREMELY sharp, detailed pictures
-Video capabilities
-good in most situations(outdoors, low-light, action, etc)
-good zoom(I want to see far away but not ruin the picture quality)
I don't care that much about size. I don't want to be toting around a brick, but otherwise is probably okay.
My price point is at MAX about $250( I may stretch a bit depending on the incentive)
Here's some extra info, if it will help
I will mostly use this on vacation(Niagara Falls this year) I take shots from the car as we are moving as well as regular tourist shots at attractions. We will be going in dark places so my camera needs to have good low-light capabilities without sacrificing for noise or other quality issues. I wil also need a good response time from my shutter. I used to use a big SLR, but this year someone else has claimed it.
Basically, I want to see what is in front of me on the picture I have taken, if that makes sense.
I know I probably am asking the impossible from a camera for the price, but these two sound like what I want from my research.
Please tell me which one, and why/why not. If you have another suggestion about a different camera, that would be most appreciated.
Thank you very much.
