You seem to be under the misconception that ENGINES CAN MOVE.
They don't.
If you line up all D16s, start them, and wait.....none of them will move forward. Therefore, none are fast. None are slow. None move.
Now, if you had asked which had the most power, that would be a different question.

But seeing as there's a lot more factors to making a vehicle fast than just the amount of power the engine has....it still wouldn't answer "what combination would make my vehicle be the fastest".
