Which current actor can do both comedy and drama the best ?

Just wondering ?
Male or female..
Preferably not a comedy with a dramatic interlude ( ie Mrs Doubtfire) although that's not really currrent anyway.
I'm thinking of movies made in the third millenium ( ie the last decade or so).
