I recently found out some cooking oils are extracted using a solvent like Hexane, thus depleting whatever little benefits the oil has.
Does anyone know or have a list as to which cooking oil suppliers are only cold-pressed or expeller.
I really don't want to use a cooking oil that has been chemically treated.
