Which company is Sprint Customer Service Chat contracted through?

I know the customer service people you chat with are subcontracted but through who? They were not allowed to tell me, which I understand due to the fact I work the same industry and are also not allowed to disclose who we are contracted through. Any information would be GREAT! Would love to service this company.
