I've been accepted to two schools, and I'm having trouble choosing between them.
The first is closer to home, bigger, and has outstanding academics and opportunities. It's also got a great reputation for fantastic professors, outstanding graduates, and lots of fun traditions, but I've heard the pressure there is intense.
The second is almost triple the distance away, but still close enough to come home for holidays and stuff. It's smaller and incredibly laid-back, but it doesn't have the academics of the first one (I'm not saying their academics are bad; they're just good as opposed to great). However, I got into the honors program at this school, it's in a great location, and they're offering me a scholarship.
They're about the same price-wise (that's including the scholarship for the second one). They just have such different reputations and atmospheres that I don't really know where I'd be happier. Which one do you think I should pick?
