I am in 11th grade and play on AAU. I average:
15 Points
4 Reb
7 Assists
30 Minutes

I am 5ft10 and weigh 130 pounds.
I won the Local Three Point Shootout with a score of 21 out of 30. I've also come 8th place in the Local Dunk Contest. I was named MVP of the AAU All-Star Game in March. (18 Points, 9 Assists)
Which college should I go to?
I WOULD LOVE to play in the NBA.
I have been evaluated by Indiana scouts, UNLV scouts, and Virginia Union scouts. I live in Arizona, so UNLV might be good.

There are a few factors you need to consider...
1. Do you have plans to try to get into the NBA
2. How far are you willing to move away from home
3. What kind of colleges have contacted you at this stage.
4. What type of program would you want to play for.
5. What type of role are you willing to play for that team.

With those credentials, it sounds like you should get a few calls from some division one schools. If your priority is to improve your basketball skills in college, then you should look into the mid-major schools. But if you want big time exposure, then you should shoot for one of the major programs if the opportunity arrives. It looks like you have some time to think this over, so use this summer to evaluate what you're looking for in a college, and what you hope to acheive afterwards.

Good luck!
